VAS Solutions Terms and Conditions

By using this website or enrolling in any course through VAS Solutions, LLC, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services or enroll in any course.

You acknowledge that VAS Solutions certifications are educational in nature and do not constitute state-recognized licenses, credentials, or legal designations.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or resell any course materials without prior written permission from VAS Solutions.

All payments for digital products and certification courses are non-refundable. Limited exceptions may be considered solely at our discretion.

VAS Solutions may update course content, structure, or access duration at any time without prior notice.

Misuse of course content or certification credentials—including but not limited to fraudulent representation or use in misleading, unlawful, or unethical ways—may result in immediate revocation of certification and denial of access to future services.

1. Definitions

"VAS Solutions" / "We" / "Us" / "Our": Refers to VAS Solutions, LLC, a licensed training provider.

"User" / "You": Refers to anyone accessing our website or enrolling in our Courses.

"Course": Any educational program offered by VAS Solutions via LearnWorlds.

"Website": The official VAS Solutions website, including course pages hosted on LearnWorlds.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and enroll in a course. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Code of Ethics Agreement

Enrollment in any VAS Solutions Course constitutes agreement to comply with the VAS Solutions Code of Ethics. Violations of the Code of Ethics, as determined at our sole discretion, may result in:

Immediate revocation of certification

Removal from our national roster (if applicable)

Denial of future enrollment

VAS Solutions reserves the right to revoke certifications without refund for ethical violations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and in the courses (including videos, documents, quizzes, logos, and designs) is the exclusive property of VAS Solutions, LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or share any course material without our prior written permission.

5. Course Access and Use

Course purchases grant access to self-paced online materials for a defined duration (typically one year unless stated otherwise). Course content may be updated periodically. Certification requires successful completion of all required modules and compliance with our standards.

6. Payments and Refunds

All course purchases are final. Refunds are not offered once access to any part of a course has been granted. In limited cases, refund requests may be reviewed at our discretion.

7. Certification Status

VAS Solutions reserves the right to:

Revoke, suspend, or deny certification to anyone who violates our policies or fails to meet course standards

Remove certification from public registries

Require re-certification in the event of significant policy or platform updates

8. Conduct and Communication

You agree not to post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content within course discussions or communications. We reserve the right to remove users who violate these terms.

9. Platform Availability

We aim for high uptime, but access may be limited due to maintenance or third-party interruptions. We are not responsible for LearnWorlds platform outages.

10. Disclaimers

VAS Solutions makes no guarantees regarding your employment, case volume, or income as a result of certification. Certification confirms course completion and adherence to our standards, not licensure or legal designation.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site or courses after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located therein.
